摘要
采用自由基聚合法,在溶液聚合体系中将功能单体丙烯酰胺(AM)接枝于改性后的Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性纳米微粒表面,制备了对S-氨氯地平有吸附性能的磁性接枝微粒Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-PAM。通过FTIR光谱、SEM、TGA和VSM进行了表征。结果表明,Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-PAM具有良好的磁性和磁响应性,饱和磁强度为52.42 emu/g,接枝度为176.8 mg/g。同时研究了接枝聚合过程,并通过动力学吸附、等温吸附及可重复使用性评估了磁性接枝微粒Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-PAM的吸附性能。磁性接枝微粒Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-PAM的吸附量达到241 mg/g,且具有重复使用价值。
Themagnetic graft particle Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-PAM was prepared by free radical polymerization of acrylamide(AM)on the surface of modified Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic nanoparticles.The results were characterized by FTIR,SEM,TGA and VSM.The results showed that Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-PAM had good magnetic properties and magnetic responsiveness,the saturation magnetic strength was 52.42 emu/g,and the graft degree was 176.8 mg/g.At the same time,the process of grafting polymerization was studied,and the adsorption performance of magnetic graft particle Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-PAM was evaluated by kinetic adsorption,isothermal adsorption and reusability.The adsorption capacity of magnetic graft particle Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-PAM was up to 241 mg/g,and it had the value of reuse.
