壮药千葛颈舒康颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard of Zhuang Medicine Qiangejing Shukang Granules

采用TLC法对千葛颈舒康颗粒中千斤拔、鸡血藤和粉葛等药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定粉葛中葛根素的含量。结果显示千斤拔、鸡血藤和粉葛的TLC图谱特征斑点显色清晰,分离度良好,且与阴性对照无干扰。葛根素在17.1~171.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,精密度、稳定性、重复性试验结果的RSD均<2.0%,平均加样回收率为99.42%,RSD为1.81%(n=9)。所建立的方法专属性强、简便可行,结果准确、可靠,可用于千葛舒康颗粒的质量控制。

The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify the traditional Chinese medicines in Qiangejing Shukang Granules, such as Qianjinba, Caulis spatholobi and Fen Pueraria lobata, and the content of puerarin in Fen Pueraria lobata was determined by HPLC.The results showed that the characteristic spots of TLC map of cylindrica, spatholobi and pueraria lobata showed clear color, good separation, and showed no interference with the negative control.This experiment found that puerarin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 17.1~171.0 μg/mL, and RSD of the precision, stability and repeatability test results were all <2.0%,and the average sample recovery rate was 99.42%, RSD was 1.81%(n=9).The method established in this experiment was highly specific, simple and feasible, and the results were accurate and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Qiange Shukang Granules.
