摘要
以乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油、气相法白炭黑、镍包石墨粉等原料,制备了单组份加成型电磁屏蔽胶,探讨了催化剂浓度、硅氢比、偶联剂、镍包石墨粉用量对其主要性能的影响。结果表明:单组份催化剂浓度为5 mg/kg,硅氢比为2时,150℃/30 min内基本反应完全,硬度可达49 HA;当镍包石墨粉添加量为65份时,电磁屏蔽胶的综合性能最佳:其中拉伸强度2.0 MPa,断裂伸长率180%,撕裂强度12 N/mm,剪切强度1.6 MPa,体积电阻率0.055Ω·cm;而在耐老化试验中,电磁屏蔽胶的各方面性能也比较良好。
One component additive electromagnetic shielding adhesive was prepared from vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen containing silicone oil, fumed silica, nickel coated graphite powder and other raw materials. The effects of catalyst concentration, silicon hydrogen ratio, coupling agent and nickel coated graphite powder content on its main properties were discussed. The results showed that when the concentration of single component catalyst was 5 mg/kg and the silicon hydrogen ratio was 2, the reaction was basically completed at 150 ℃/30 min, and the hardness can reach 49 HA.When the content of nickel coated graphite powder was 65 phr, the comprehensive properties of electromagnetic shielding adhesive were the best: tensile strength was 2.0 MPa, elongation was 180%, tear strength was 12 N/mm, shear strength was 1.6 MPa, volume resistivity was 0.055 Ω·cm.In the aging test, the electromagnetic shielding adhesive had good performance in all aspects.
