阻燃型玻纤增强聚酰胺门窗隔热条的研制及性能

摘要 利用自制阻燃剂MC为主阻燃剂,添加其他阻燃剂及阻燃促进剂等配制复合阻燃剂,制备了阻燃型玻纤增强聚酰胺门窗隔热条,并对隔热条的性能进行了研究。结果表明:加入10%的复合阻燃剂,隔热条的阻燃效果达到UL94 V-0级;随着复合阻燃剂添加量的增加,拉伸强度及断裂伸长率均下降;邵氏硬度,密度,熔融温度等其他性能均达到铝合金建筑型材用隔热材料标准(GB/T 23615.1-2017)要求。 To prepare flame retardant glass fiber reinforced polyamide door and window heat insulation strips, self-made flame retardant MC was used as the main flame retardant, mixed with other flame retardants and flame retardant promoters, and the properties of the heat insulation strips were discussed. The results showed that with 10% compound flame retardant, the flame retardation of the heat insulation strip could reach UL94 V-0 level. With the increase of compound flame retardant content, tensile property decreased obviously. And other properties, such as tensile property, shore hardness, density, melting temperature, etc, all would meet the requirements of the standard of heat insulation materials for aluminum alloy building profiles(GB/T 23615.1-2017).
