摘要
建立了同时测定春雷霉素.噻霉酮悬浮剂中有效成分含量测定的高效液相色谱法。以甲醇-水(0.2%十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液,用磷酸调pH至2.5)为流动相,使用C_(18)柱和DAD检测器在波长215 nm处,对试样中的春雷霉素和噻霉酮进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明:春雷霉素和噻霉酮线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9996,变异系数分别为0.46%和0.37%,平均回收率分别为101.7%和100.0%。该方法操作简单、快速、精密度及准确度高、分离效果好。
A method for the determination of active components in kasugamycin and benziothiazolinone SC was established by HPLC at the same time.The kasugamycin and benziothiazolinone in the sample were separated and determined with the mixture of methanol and water(0.2% sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution of which pH was adjusted to 2.5 with phosphoric acid)as mobile phase and with C_(18) column and DAD detector at 215 nm, and quantified by external standard method.Results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of kasugamycin and benziothiazolinone were 0.9998 and 0.9996,the coefficient of variation were 0.46% and 0.37%,and the average recoveries were 101.7% and 100.0%,respectively.The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, high precision and accuracy, and good separation effect.
