质量控制图在乐果、马拉硫磷含量测定中的应用

质量控制图广泛的应用于检验检测实验室的日常质量活动中,利用质量控制图对青瓜中的乐果、马拉硫磷含量测定过程进行监控。本文对阴性样品进行加标实验,加标浓度0.06 mg/kg,根据多次实验结果绘制质量控制图,并对质量控制数据进行趋势分析。24次实验的检测结果均在质量控制图的上下控制限范围内,乐果、马拉硫磷控制图的警告限分别为0.0533~0.0727 mg/kg、0.0466~0.0682 mg/kg,控制限分别为0.0484~0.0776 mg/kg、0.0411~0.0737 mg/kg。乐果、马拉硫磷质量控制图可靠,日常使用乐果、马拉硫磷质量控制图对检测结果进行质量监控,以确保检测结果的准确性。

The quality control chart is widely used in the daily quality activities of the inspection testing laboratory. The quality control chart is used to monitor the determination process of dimethoate and malathion in cucumber.The negative samples were tested with a standard concentration of 0.06 mg/kg. According to the results of several experiments, the quality control chart was drawn, and the trend analysis of the quality control data was carried out.The detection results of 24 batches of standard addition samples were all within the upper and lower control limits of the quality control chart. The warning limits of the control charts for dimethoate and malathion were 0.0533~0.0727 mg/kg and 0.0466~0.0682 mg/kg, respectively, and the control limits were 0.0484~0.0776 mg/kg and 0.0411~0.0737 mg/kg, respectively.The quality control charts of dimethoate and malathion were reliable.The quality control charts of dimethoate and malathion were used to monitor the quality of test results to ensure the accuracy of test results.
