Discussion on Integrity and Authenticity of SDS Data in OLED Enterprises

基于SDS理化、毒理数据对安全生产的重要性,调查OLED企业SDS存在数据缺失和失实的情况。分析主要原因为生产企业逃避监管、SDS编制能力不足、源头数据错误、和数据获取途径受限。提出建议:政府应出台政策,发展和推进化学品危险性评估,完善化学品安全信息登记流程,创建数据共享和查询平台;化学品生产企业应将其化学品的危险性评估作为落实社会责任的重要途径;化学品存储、使用企业应培养具备SDS甄别能力的人员,把好最后关口。

Based on the importance of SDS physical-chemical and toxicological data to safety production, the lack and unreality of data in SDS were investigated.The main reasons were that the production enterprises evaded the supervision, SDS compilation ability was insufficient, the source data was wrong, and the data access was limited.Suggestions were put forward: the government should introduce policies, develop and promote chemical risk assessment, improve the chemical safety information registration process, and create a data sharing and query platform.Chemical production enterprises should take the risk assessment of their chemicals as an important way to fulfill their social responsibility, and chemical storage and use enterprises should train the personnel with the ability of SDS screening and make the final pass well.
