摘要
设计了一套集振动信号采集、数据处理、数据传输和界面监控于一体的轨道交通环境振动监测系统。监测节点利用DSP数字信号处理器进行1/3倍频程谱分析,得到用于评价环境振动的参数,并通过W5500通信模块将处理后的数据上传到OneNet云平台。监控软件基于VS.NET平台开发,通过HTTP协议读取OneNet云平台上存储的数据,用来监控轨道交通环境振动状况。通过对监测系统的数据采集性能和整体性能进行测试,测试结果表明,该系统信号采集精确,结果与实际相符,达到了设计目的。
In the paper,a set of supervising system for rail transit environmental vibration is designed,which integrates vibration signal acquisition,data treating,data uploading and supervision.The supervising node uses DSP digital signal processor to analyze the 1/3 frequency range spectrum and get the index used to appraise the environmental vibration,and upload the processed data to OneNet cloud platform through W5500 communication module.The supervising software is made on account of VS.NET platform.It reads the data stored on OneNet cloud platform through HTTP protocol to monitor the vibration status of rail transit environment.Through detecting the data gathering and the overall performance of the supervising system,the results show that the system is exact in signal gathering,the result is accord with the reality,and achieves the design purpose.
