干旱胁迫下不同正向引发剂对野生蒙古莸种子萌发成苗的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Positive Initiators on Germination and Seedlings of Wild Caryopteris Mongholica under Drought Stress

摘要 为明晰不同正向引发剂在干旱胁迫下对野生蒙古莸种子萌发成苗的调控效应,该试验在对蒙古莸引发剂进行筛选的基础上,测定了干旱胁迫下蒙古莸种子在不同正向引发剂处理下的发芽率、发芽势、萌发指数、萌发整齐性指数、活力指数、成苗率和幼苗生长量,并加以对比分析。结果表明:H_(2)O(S1)、0.2 g/L H_(3)BO_(3)(S5)和0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S6)均能显著促进蒙古莸的萌发,萌发率较对照(S0)处理分别提高17.33%、22.00%和16.67%。其中,0.2 g/L H_(3)BO_(3)处理的引发效果在N_(0)(0 MPa)、N_(1)(-0.05 MPa)、N_(2)(-0.15 MPa)和N_(3)(-0.5 MPa)四种干旱胁迫条件下均优于H_(2)O(S1)和0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S6)处理。具体表现为:野生蒙古莸种子萌发率、成苗率、发芽势、萌发指数、活力指数和幼苗生长量较水引发H_(2)O(S1)分别提高1.00%∼14.00%、15.33%∼20.67%、3.38%∼45.65%、1.83%∼55.30%、-30.05%∼67.30%和-35.52%∼42.70%,较0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S6)分别高出3.67%∼32.00%、11.33%∼29.33%、6.94%∼52.17%、5.13%∼61.07%、-27.46%∼70.70%和-34.29%∼29.79%。显著性分析表明:野生蒙古莸种子萌发成苗不仅受引发剂和干旱胁迫的调控,且受二者间的相互作用影响。综合分析,在该试验条件下0.2 g/L H_(3)BO_(3)在不同干旱胁迫条件下均能促进野生蒙古莸种子的萌发成苗,可作为后续蒙古莸生产实践中的首选抗旱引发剂。 In order to clarify the regulatory effect of different positive initiators on seed germination and seedling formation of wild C.mongholica under drought stress,and this experiment was carried out on the basis of screening initiator with the wild C.mongholica,measurements of germination rate,germinative force,germination index,synchronization index,vital index,seedling rate,and seedlings biomass were made under drought stress of different positive initiators on the C.mongholica seeds,while comparison analysis were completed finally.The results showed that H_(2)O(S1),0.2 g/L H_(3)BO_(3)(S5)and 0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S6)significantly promoted the germination rate of the wild C.mongholica,which were increased by 17.33%,22.00%and 16.67%respectively when compared with the control(S0)group.Among them,the effects of priming with the 0.2 g/L H_(3)BO_(3)(S5)treatment was significantly higher than H_(2)O(S1)and 0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S6)treatments,under the four drought stress conditions of N_(0)(0 MPa),N1(-0.05 MPa),N2(-0.15 MPa)and N3(-0.5 MPa).The concrete manifestations are follows:the germination rate,seedling rate,germinative force,germination index,vital index and seedling biomass were increased 1.00%∼14.00%,15.33%∼20.67%,3.38%∼45.65%,1.83%∼55.30%,-30.05%∼67.30%and-35.52%∼42.70%respectively,when compared with the treatment of H_(2)O(S1);and compared with the 0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S6)treatment were increased by 3.67%∼32.00%,11.33%∼29.33%,6.94%∼52.17%,5.13%∼61.07%,-27.46%∼70.70%and-34.29%∼29.79%.The results of significance analysis showed that the germination of wild C.mongholica seeds was not only regulated by initiator and drought stress,but it was also affected by their interactions.In conclusion,0.2 g/L H_(3)BO_(3) could promote the germination and seedling of wild C.mongholica seeds under different drought stress conditions,which can be used as the first choice of drought resistant initiator for the subsequent production.
