新型抑制剂对高钙萤石矿抑制机理及工艺研究 被引量:5

Depressing Mechanism of New Depressant SS⁃1 on High⁃Calcium Fluorite Ore and Corresponding Floatation Technology

摘要 针对CaF_(2)品位30.32%、CaCO_(3)品位35.42%的某高钙萤石矿,以油酸钠为萤石捕收剂、新型药剂SS⁃1为抑制剂,通过单矿物试验研究了抑制剂SS⁃1对萤石和方解石浮选性能的影响,采用接触角和吸附测试对抑制剂SS⁃1的抑制机理进行了分析。结果表明,在中性条件下,SS⁃1大量吸附在方解石表面,抑制了方解石的上浮,方解石回收率从66.93%降低到9.88%;同时,抑制剂SS⁃1少量吸附在萤石表面,对萤石浮选起到了促进作用,萤石回收率从96.03%提高到96.56%。根据单矿物试验分析结果,对高钙萤石实际矿进行了多段浮选试验研究,确定了粗精矿再磨、一粗八精一扫、中矿顺序返回闭路工艺流程,最终获得了CaF_(2)品位97.86%、回收率89.59%的萤石精矿。 A flotation technique with sodium oleate as fluorite collector and the newly⁃developed SS⁃1 as depressant was adopted for a high⁃calcium fluorite ore from Henan Province with CaF_(2) grade of 30.32%and CaCO_(3) grade of 35.42%.The influence of SS⁃1 on the floatability of fluorite and calcite was studied by a single mineral test,and the depressing mechanism of SS⁃1 was also analyzed by contact angle measurement and adsorption test.The results show that SS⁃1 was adsorbed on calcite at a large amount in neutral pulp,which inhibited its flotation,resulting in its recovery reduced from 66.93%to 9.88%.Meanwhile,a small amount of SS⁃1 was absorbed on fluorite,which promoted the flotation of fluorite,leading to its recovery climbing from 96.03%to 96.56%.Based on the results of single mineral tests,a multi⁃stage flotation test was carried out with actual high⁃calcium fluorite ore.By adopting bulk concentrate regrinding process,a closed⁃circuit flow consisting of one stage of roughing,eight stages of cleaning and one stage of scavenging with the middling returned sequentially,a fluorite concentrate with CaF_(2) grade of 97.86%was finally obtained at recovery of 89.59%.
