高效液相色谱法测定浮选矿浆中油酸钠含量

Determination of Sodium Oleate Concentration in Flotation Pulp by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 提出了高效液相色谱法测定浮选矿浆中油酸钠(NaOL)含量的快速检测方法,采用C18分析柱,以乙腈和0.02 mol/L的磷酸二氢钾(pH=2)为流动相,对比分析了标准曲线法和工作曲线法2种校正方法的测定结果。结果表明,在NaOL物质的量浓度0.005~1.0 mmol/L范围内,2种校正方法的线性相关系数均大于0.9999,对磷灰石实际浮选矿浆加标测定的回收率分别为74.44%~96.75%和95.13%~113.29%;采用空白溶液样品作为介质稀释NaOL标准物质建立的工作曲线法能一定程度降低基质效应对分析结果的影响;磷矿石实际浮选矿浆测定结果表明,该方法适用于测定浮选矿浆中捕收剂的浓度。 A rapid method for quantitative determination of concentration of sodium oleate(NaOL)in flotation pulp by high performance liquid chromatography was proposed,which was performed by adopting a C18 analytical column,with acetonitrile and 0.02 mol/L monopotassium phosphate(pH=2)as mobile phases.The determination results obtained by using a standard curve method and a working curve method were analyzed and compared.With the molar concentration of NaOL within the range of 0.005-1.0 mmol/L,the linear correlation coefficients of these two calibration methods were all greater than 0.9999,and the recoveries from the actual flotation pulp of apatite by two methods were 74.44%-96.75%and 95.13%-113.29%,respectively.The influence of matrix effect on the analytical results can be reduced to a certain extent by using working curve method,in which a sample blank solution is used as a medium to dilute the standard substance of NaOL.The determination results of apatite flotation pulp have proven that this method is suitable for determining the concentration of collector in flotation pulp.
