贫困生资助政策对初中生学业表现的影响——基于中国教育追踪调查数据的实证分析

摘要 基于中国教育追踪调查数据,使用双重差分倾向值匹配法有效控制内生性问题,就贫困生资助政策对初中生学业表现的影响进行了评估。研究发现:获得补助贫困生学业表现得到显著提升。分样本回归分析的结果显示,贫困生资助政策对西部地区农村户籍学生的学业成绩提高更为明显。研究结果表明,贫困生资助政策对学生认知能力的发展、人力资本的积累和教育均衡的促进有积极作用。应继续加大教育扶贫的力度,完善教育精准扶贫政策,使贫困家庭的学生能得到更有力的帮扶。 On the basis of the data of CEPS,the PSM-DID method was applied to control the endogenous problem and an evaluation is made on the impact of the financial aid policy for poor students on junior high school students’ academic performance.The study found that access to financial aid can significantly improve students’ academic performance.The results of sub-sample regression show that the financial aid policy for poor students has a more obvious effect on the academic performance of the registered rural students in west China.The above research results show that the financial aid policy for poor students has a positive effect on the development of students’ cognitive ability,the accumulation of human capital and the promotion of education equity.It is necessary to step up efforts in education poverty alleviation and improve the targeted education poverty alleviation policy,so as to enable students from needy families to gain stronger support.
