摘要
美国优秀特殊教育教师专业标准是该领域最早设立的,也是一种广为国际认可的高级教师认证标准。该标准的结构框架可以从根本宗旨、核心理念及标准阐释等方面分析,其内容体系包括基本知识与要求、学生学习与发展、合作与反思三大维度及12项具体标准,其成效影响表现在教师队伍发展、教师专业成长、学生成绩提升和教育机会均衡等方面。美国优秀特殊教育教师专业标准可为我国优秀特殊教育教师专业标准的制定提供一定参考。
The professional standards for excellent special education teachers of USA are the world’s earliest standards in this field and widely recognized international standards for advanced teacher accreditation.Its structural framework can be analyzed on the aspects of its essential aims,core concepts and standard interpretation.Its content system includes three dimensions,that is,basic knowledge and requirements,students’learning and development,and collaboration and reflection,and twelve specific standards as well.Its effect impact is demonstrated in the development of the faculty,the professional growth of teachers,the improvement of students’academic achievement,and the balance of educational opportunity.The professional standards for excellent special education teachers of USA can provide reference for setting professional standards for excellent special education teachers of China.
