The peer evaluation of college teachers is a means to evaluate the teaching quality and academic performance of college teachers.However,it is difficult to ensure its effectiveness and achieve objective and fair evaluation in practice process.Through the exploration of the development process,evaluation content and evaluation methods of peer evaluation of college teachers,the influence factors of the effectiveness of peer evaluation of college teachers are analyzed and countermeasures are puts forward,so as to promote the scientific peer evaluation of college teachers and provide more professional guidance for the personalized development of teachers.
