基于融合模型的无人仓自动补货策略

摘要 基于常规物资补货方法的优缺点分析,文中提出一种面向无人值守型电力专业仓的基于库存限值模型和需求预测模型的融合模型,并依据各类物资的需求波动特征进行自适应加权.结果表明:与常用的库存警戒方案相比,文中所定的补货方案库存管理总成本至少下降6.09%、库存周转率提高28.54%以上. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of conventional material replenishment methods, a fusion model based on inventory limit model and demand forecasting model for unattended electric power professional warehouses was proposed, and the adaptive weighting was carried out according to the demand fluctuation characteristics of various materials. The results show that, compared with the common inventory alert scheme, the total inventory management cost of the replenishment scheme in this paper decreases by at least 6.09% and the inventory turnover rate increases by more than 28.54%.
