环流曝气双段式集成处理装备处理村镇垃圾渗滤液工程应用研究

Application of Circulating Aeration Two-stage Integrated Treatment Equipment in the Treatment of Landfill Leachate in Villages and Towns

村镇分散式小型垃圾填埋场渗滤液的特点是水量小、水质复杂和生化性差等,不仅处理工艺复杂,而且其处理装备要求体积小。针对上述问题维尔利环保科技集团股份有限公司开发出一套10 m^(3)·d^(-1)处理规模的小型村镇垃圾渗滤液环流曝气双段式集成处理装备并进行了工程设计。工程占地面积小,为112 m^(2)。运行期间COD的容积负荷稳定在2.2~2.3 kg COD·m^(-3)·d^(-1),COD、氨氮和总氮的去除率分别为99.7%、99.6%和98.8%,出水满足《生活垃圾填埋场控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2的要求。

The characteristics of leachate from small-scale decentralized landfill sites in villages and towns are small water volume,complex composition and poor biodegradability.Not only the treatment process is complex,but also the treatment equipment requires small volume.In view of the above problems,WELLE Environmental Technology Group Co.,Ltd.has developed a set of 10 m^(3)·d^(-1) landfill leachate circulation aeration two-stage leachate integrated treatment equipment for small villages and towns,and engineering design has been carried out.The project covers a small area of about 112 m^(2).The volume load of COD is stable at 2.2~2.3 kg·m^(-3)·d^(-1) during operation.The removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 99.7%,99.6%and 98.8%,respectively,and the effluent met the requirements of the"Domestic Waste Landfill Control Standard"(GB16889—2008).
