摘要
研究了国内某大型炼化一体化项目蜡油加氢处理装置的循环氢压缩机汽轮机在运行中出现的轴承温度升高的问题,从多个角度分析原因,排除了检测系统本身的问题,通过对轴系仪表、压缩机负荷、润滑油、转子以及汽轮机进汽参数等的排查分析,并对照了同项目其他压缩机的拆检情况,确定了汽轮机轴承温度升高的主要原因是轴承自身结构缺陷。通过调整润滑油系统的运行,升级润滑油品质,有效降低了轴承温度。并提出了检修方案,保障了压缩机组、蜡油加氢处理装置的安全平稳运行。
The problem of the bearing temperature rise of the circulating hydrogen compressor steam turbine in the wax oil hydrogenation unit of a large-scale refinery and petrochemical integration project in China was studied. The reasons were analyzed from multiple perspectives, and the problems of the detection system itself were eliminated. Through the investigation and analysis of the shaft instrument, the compressor load, the lubricating oil, the rotor and the steam turbine inlet parameters, and the disassembly and inspection of other compressors in the same project, it was determined that the main reason for the bearing temperature rise of the steam turbine was the structural defects of the bearing itself. By adjusting the operation of the lubricating oil system, upgrading the quality of the lubricating oil, the bearing temperature was effectively reduced. The maintenance scheme was proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the compressor unit and the wax oil hydrogenation unit.
