国外绿色破乳剂研究现状综述

在油田集输系统中,破乳剂可以提高原油脱水效率、降低原油处理温度、缩短处理流程、降低系统腐蚀风险、提高集输效率。目前主要用到的破乳剂是环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷的共聚物,这些化学破乳剂成分对人体有害,同时又破坏环境。而植物提取物破乳剂和生物破乳剂是一种高效无毒、无污染、可降解、安全的绿色破乳剂。绿色破乳剂能够提高原油乳状液的脱水率,减少后续原油污水的处理难度,减少环境污染,提高经济和社会效益。

In the oil field gathering and transportation system, the demulsifier can increase the crude oil dehydration efficiency, reduce the crude oil processing temperature, shorten the treatment process, reduce the risk of system corrosion, and improve the gathering and transportation efficiency. At present, the main demulsifiers are copolymers of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide. These chemical demulsifiers are harmful to the human body and damage the environment at the same time. The plant extract demulsifier and biological demulsifier are highly efficient, non-toxic, non-polluting, degradable, safe and green demulsifier. The green demulsifier can increase the dehydration rate of crude oil emulsion, reduce the difficulty of subsequent crude oil wastewater treatment, reduce environmental pollution, and improve economic and social benefits.
