腐蚀完整性管理在芳烃抽提装置中的应用

Application of Corrosion Integrity Management in Aromatics Extraction Unit

采用环丁砜作为溶剂的芳烃抽提装置常常由于环丁砜溶剂的降解导致出现设备腐蚀,进而造成装置能耗增加、设备损坏,甚至出现非计划停工的情况出现。系统的阐述了腐蚀完整性管理在芳烃抽提装置中的应用,通过分析芳烃抽提装置易于出现腐蚀的部位、腐蚀机理、使用有效的检测手段及防护措施,提出了装置实现长周期生产,提高运行寿命的方法。

In aromatic extraction unit using sulfolane as solvent,the degradation of sulfolane solvent often leads to corrosion of the equipment, resulting in energy consumption increase, equipment damage,and even unplanned shutdown. In this paper, the application of corrosion integrity management in aromatics extraction unit was systematically described. By analyzing the parts prone to corrosion of aromatics extraction unit, corrosion mechanism, the use of effective detection means and prevention measures, the method of realizing long cycle production and improving operation life of the unit was proposed.
