摘要
针对海上低渗储层钻井过程中易发生井下复杂事故等问题,通过室内实验,研究出了一套适合海上低渗储层的强抑制水基钻井液体系,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:该钻井液体系具有良好的流变性能、降滤失性能、抑制性能、封堵性能、防水锁性能和抗污染能力,综合性能明显优于KCl/PLUS钻井液以及聚磺钻井液体系。该钻井液体系能够满足海上低渗储层钻井过程中对钻井液的性能要求。
Aiming at the problem that downhole complex accidents are easy to occur in the drilling process of offshore low-permeability reservoir, a set of strong inhibition water-based drilling fluid system suitable for offshore low-permeability reservoir was studied through indoor experiments, and its comprehensive performance was evaluated. The results showed that the drilling fluid system had good rheological properties, filtration reduction performance, inhibition performance, plugging performance, waterproof locking performance and anti-pollution ability. The comprehensive performance was obviously better than KCl/PLUS drilling fluid and polysulfonate drilling fluid system. The drilling fluid system can meet the performance requirements of drilling fluid in offshore low permeability reservoir drilling.
