采用棒薄层色谱法测定石油沥青产品族组成的研究

Study on Determination of Product Family Composition of Petroleum Asphalt by Rod Thin Layer Chromatography

建立了采用棒薄层色谱法(TLC/FID)快速测定石油沥青产品族组成的分析方法,分别对样品浓度、展开溶剂、展开高度进行了考察,确定棒薄层色谱法(TLC/FID)测定石油沥青产品族组成的分析条件。该方法具有样品少、溶剂少、操作简单、重复性好的特点。测定结果为评价基质石油沥青产品的性能提供了依据。

An analytical method was established for the rapid determination of the composition of petroleum asphalt products by rod thin layer chromatography(TLC/FID). The sample concentration, developing solvent and developing height were investigated respectively, and the analytical conditions for the determination of petroleum asphalt product family composition by rod thin layer chromatography(TLC/FID) were determined. The method has the characteristics of less sample, less solvent, simple operation and good reproducibility. The measurement results provide a basis for evaluating the performance of base petroleum asphalt products.
