摘要
无人机机载激光雷达技术具有灵活高效的特点,可为灾害频发易发区域提供实时有效的前期资料。本文提出了一套完整的重大山洪灾害事件快速调查方法。首先给出了重大山洪灾害事件调查的完整流程,然后对流程中涉及的关键技术进行了简要介绍,最后以北京市门头沟区6.18洪水为例进行了应用示范,实现了该区域调查要素的自动提取,并对灾害进行了分析,最终得出无人机LiDAR技术可综合分析重大山洪灾害事件的成因、灾害形成过程,为山洪灾害防治提供理论和数据支撑,对减灾救灾及灾后生产生活的恢复具有重要意义。
With flexible,fast and efficient advantages,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)laser radar can be applied in torrential disaster investigation,and provides basic information for disaster-prone areas.This paper puts forward using UAV laser radar technology to investigate major mountain flood disasters.Firstly,a complete process gave from UAV laserradar point cloud data to mountain flood investigation elements,then key technologies involved in the process were introduced,finally taken the point cloud data of Mentougou flash flood in Beijing Province as an example carried on the application and demonstration,realized automatic extraction of survey factors and analysed the disaster results.Finally,it is concluded that UAV lidar technology can comprehensively analyze the causes and formation process of major mountain torrent disaster events,provide theoretical and data support for mountain flood disaster prevention,and have important significance for disaster reduction,Acquired better extraction results.
