Sporadic renal haemangioblastoma: MRI features and literature review

目的 探讨散发性肾血管母细胞瘤的MRI特点。方法 选取我院经手术病理证实的2例肾血管母细胞瘤患者的资料,并复习相关文献进行分析。结果 2例均表现为T_(1)WI等或低信号,T_(2)WI高信号,DWI信号不高;其中1例病灶周围见流空血管,1例增强呈“渐进性强化”。结论 该病的MRI表现,尤其是DWI及强化方式有一定的特征性,对于诊断及鉴别诊断有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the MRI characteristics of sporadic renal haemangioblastoma.Methods The data of 2 patients with sporadic renal haemangioblastoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively,along with review of the literature.Results Both cases were isointensity or hypointensity in T_(1)WI and hyperintensity in T_(2)WI,DWI were not hyperintensity;the signal of blood vessel around the tumor was seen in one case,another case showed gradual enhancement.Conclusion The MRI findings of the disease have some characteristics,especially the DWI and enhanced form,which are of great importance for diagnosis and differencial diagnosis.
