扩散张量成像和扩散谱成像技术在难治性癫痫的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 癫痫是多种病因引起的脑功能障碍,可反复发作,难治性癫痫患者需要手术评估和干预。白质结构的改变对于癫痫外科手术定位和指导非常重要。基于扩散的白质成像技术是测绘神经纤维通路非常有价值的方法,可为癫痫病灶的精准定位提供重要信息。磁共振纤维束成像技术目前主要基于两种模型,即张量模型框架和概率密度函数框架。本文就扩散成像技术及其在难治性癫痫的研究进展进行综述。 Epilepsy is a recurrent neurological sickness induced by multiple reasons.Surgical evaluations,or even further interventions are imperative for certain refractory epileptic patients.Identifying the alternations of white matter to localize the lesion and guide the epileptic surgery is very important.Diffusion based white matter imaging is valuable for the mapping of neural pathways and could provide important information to define the epileptic lesion precisely.Nowadays,acquisition of diffusion magnetic resonance imaging is mainly based on two kinds of framework,specifically,the diffusion tensor framework and the probability density function framework.The proceedings of diffusion imaging as well as the applications in refractory epilepsy are reviewed in this article.
