Europeanization from the Perspective of Political Science:Polysemy,Evolution and New Interpretations

自20世纪90年代起,“欧洲化”这一术语频频出现在欧洲研究领域,其主要含义基本上可以归纳为“欧盟对国家的影响”。这一界定与早期应用中体现出的“欧洲化就是变得(像)欧洲”这一宽泛的概念有较大不同。概念内涵的发展无疑是研究更为系统造成的,反映到“欧洲化”这一术语上就是在政治学中“欧洲化”与“欧盟化”成为了相似概念。而在政治学中,“欧洲化”研究的发展与欧洲一体化进程和研究的进展密不可分,这也是“欧洲化”与“欧盟化”难以区分的主要原因。

Since the 1990s,the term “Europeanization”has frequently appeared in the field of European research,and its main meaning can be basically summarized as “the domestic impact of the EU”.This definition is quite different from the broad concept of“Europeanization is becoming(like) Europe”embodied in early applications.The development of conceptual connotation is undoubtedly caused by more systematic research.In the study of Europeanization the phenomenon is that “Europeanization”and“EU-ization ”have become similar concepts in political science.In political science,the development of“Europeanization”research is inseparable from the process of European integration and the progress of integration research,which is also the main reason why“Europeanization”is difficult to distinguish from“EU-ization ”.
