摘要
6%~10%的育龄期妇女患有子宫内膜异位症,多见于卵巢、腹膜等部位,胸部仅有2%,而累及肺实质导致肺子宫内膜异位症(PEM)的极为少见,易误诊或漏诊。本文报告1例因咯血入院,经影像学及随访确定的PEM,增加临床医生对PEM的认识。
Six percent to 10 percent women of childbearing age suffer from endometriosis.Endometriosis mostly locates on ovary,peritoneum,and other parts,and only 2%on chest.It is very rare to involve the lung parenchyma and lead to pulmonary endometriosis(PEM),which is easy to be misdiagnosed or missed.The paper reports a case of pulmonary endometriosis confirmed by imaging and follow-up due to hemoptysis,so as to increase clinicians'understanding of PEM.
