论五个“重大原则”——从“五个坚持”看推进中国式现代化的实践要求

The Five Major Principles--From“Five Insistences”to See the Practical Requirements of Promoting Chinese Modernization

二十大报告提出,前进道路上需要牢牢把握五个重大原则,简称“五个坚持”,目的就是使全党面对推进中国式现代化、推进全面建设社会主义现代化国家的实践要求,面对机遇、困难、风险和挑战,明白我们“是什么、干什么、怎么干”等根本问题,从而为贯彻落实全面建设社会主义现代化国家的战略部署打下坚实基础。“五个坚持”指明了在推进中国式现代化前进道路上的基本问题,即:谁在领导、为谁而干、采取什么路径、动力之源何在、应具备什么样的精神状态。“五个坚持”与中国式现代化实践的关系是,前者是后者所必须遵循的重大原则,它为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供根本遵循和重要保证。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC pointed that we must firmly adhere to the five major principles,simply put,“Five Insistences”.The purpose of this theory is that to make the whole party in the face of the practical requirements of promoting Chinese Modernization,the practical requirements of building a modern socialist country,and to make the whole party in the face of opportunities and difficulties,risks and challenges.Making the whole party understand the fundamental issue of“what is meaning,what is doing and how to do”.So as to lay a solid foundation for the strategic plan of building a modern socialist country.Five Insistences points out the basic problems of promoting Chinese Modernization.In other words,who are leading?For whom?Which path to take?What is the source of power?What kind of spirit should we have?The relationship between“Five Insistences”and Chinese Modernization is that the former is the major principle for the latter to follow,the former provides the fundamental compliance and important guarantees.
