少数民族外治类风湿关节炎概述

Overview of External Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Ethnic Minorities

类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是1种以侵蚀关节及周围组织为主要表现的慢性、炎症性自身免疫性疾病,目前已成为临床研究的热点课题。外治法治疗RA有独特之处,且胃肠道副作用小。我国部分民族医药针对RA治疗有较为丰富的外治法。为此,笔者查阅了国内近20年民族医药防治RA的相关文献,总结多个民族治疗RA的外治法,以期与中医相结合,取长补短,为RA外治法提供更有效的措施,促进民族医药发展与推广。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease characterized by erosion of joints and surrounding tissues,which has become a hot topic in clinical research.External treatment of RA is unique and has few gastrointestinal side effects.Some national minorities in China have abundant experience in external treatment of RA.To look for a better treatment method for this disease,the external treatment for RA on ethnic medicine was summarized in the domestic literatures in recent 20 years,which to provide a more effective method for RA treatment and promote the development of ethnic medicine.
