Analysis of research hotspots and frontiers on psychology of cancer family caregivers

目的 探讨癌症家庭照顾者心理领域的研究热点及发展态势。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,获取癌症家庭照顾者心理相关文献信息。利用CiteSpace 5.8 R3软件从国家/地区、共引文献、作者、研究机构、关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果 共检索有效文献2 824篇,发文量最多的国家为美国;麻省总医院是发文量最多的机构;生活质量、家庭照顾为该领域的热门研究主题。结论 癌症家庭照顾者心理相关研究多集中在发达国家,中国学者需借鉴国际研究热点,结合本土文化,加强国际交流与合作,对中国癌症家庭照顾者心理方面进行深入探索。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends in the field of cancer family caregivers′ psychology. Methods The Web of Science core collection database was searched to obtain the psychological literature information of cancer family caregivers, and CiteSpace 5.8 R3 software was used for visual analysis from countries or regions, co-citation literatures, authors, research institutions and keywords. Results A total of 2 824 valid documents were retrieved, and the country with the largest number of publications was the United States;quality of life and family care were popular research topics in this field. Conclusion Studies on the psychology of cancer family caregivers are mostly concentrated in developed countries. Chinese scholars need to learn from international research hotspots, combine local culture, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and conduct in-depth exploration on the psychology of cancer family caregivers in China.
