Research progress of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery in colorectal cancer

经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)可避免腹壁辅助切口,具有术后恢复快、术后疼痛轻、美观以及术后并发症少等优点。目前,该技术已被广泛应用于结直肠癌患者的手术治疗。本文就NOSES的相关概念及术式、应用现状和局限性等方面进行综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。

Natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES) can avoid abdominal wall assisted incision and has the advantages of faster postoperative recovery, less postoperative pain, aesthetic appearance and fewer postoperative complications. At present, this technique has been widely used in the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer patients. This article reviewed the NOSES related concepts, operation, actuality and limitations in order to provide reference for clinical application.
