摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同比例桑叶粉对浏阳黑山羊生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及血液生化指标的影响。选用25头3~4月龄、初始体重(13.0±3.0)kg的浏阳黑山羊,随机分为5组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组分别在对照组日粮基础上添加5%、10%、15%和20%桑叶粉替代部分豆粕和稻草秸秆等,试验期100d。结果表明:(1)试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组的平均日采食量高于对照组(P>0.05)及显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),料肉比显著降低(P<0.05);(2)试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组GR值极显著增加(P<0.01);(3)试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组剪切力极显著减小(P<0.01);(4)试验组血糖含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且试验Ⅲ组最低;试验组的血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白含量有下降趋势(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加15~20%桑叶粉能提高浏阳黑山羊生长性能,改善屠宰性能和肉品质,调节营养代谢。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of mulberry leaf powder in different proportions on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and blood biochemical indexes of Liuyang black goats.Twenty-five Liuyang black goats aged 3-4 months and with initial body weight of(13.0±3.0)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups.The goats in control group were fed a basal diet,and the goats in 4 test groups were fed diets added with 5%,10%,15%,and 20%mulberry leaf powder on the basis of the control diet respectively,replacing part of soybean meal and straw,etc.The test period was 100 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily feed intake of goats in test groups III and IV was higher than that in control group(P>0.05),and significantly higher than that in group I(P<0.05);while the feed to gain ratio in both groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);(2)GR value in test groups III and IV significantly increased(P<0.01);(3)The shear force in test groups III and IV was very significantly decreased(P<0.01);(4)The blood glucose content of goats in test groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and that in test group III was lowest;the contents of serum cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein of test groups tended to be decreased(P>0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 15~20%mulberry leaf powder in the pellet feed of goats can promote growth performance,improve slaughter performance and meat quality,and regulate nutrient metabolism of Liuyang black goats.
