摘要
根据可持续发展战略要求,铜冶炼行业必须坚持低碳经济,在低能耗、低污染以及低排放的基础上进一步节能减排。为此,贵溪冶炼厂阳极炉工序对铜精炼烟气排放系统进行了生产现状调查分析,并建立了2台自然循环锅炉,使阳极炉烟气热能得到回收利用。文中阐述了自然循环锅炉在铜精炼过程中的运行情况、存在的问题以及改造后的运行实践,为同行业实施烟气热能回收提供借鉴。
The National Sustainable Development Strategy requires copper smelting industry to adhere to the low-carbon economy and meet the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction on the basis of low energy consumption,low pollution and low emissions.In this paper,the production status of copper refining flue gas exhaust system is investigated and analyzed,and two natural circulation boilers are set up to recycle the heat energy of anode furnace flue gas.This paper describes the operation of the natural circulation boiler in the copper refining process,the existing problems and the operation practice after the transformation.It provides a reference for the same industry to implement flue gas heat energy recovery.
