文章从交易概况、交易趋势特点、细分领域并购交易情况、交易量级分布、交易轮次分布、交易区域分布、投资者类型分布、市场活跃参与者、2020和2021年中国物流行业交易重大交易事件和2021年中国物流企业上市情况等10个方面对2021年中国物流行业并购活动进行了回顾,指出降本增效、智慧物流、综合业态、ESG/低碳是物流行业的四大发展方向,政策、资本、市场、数智和融合为中国物流行业发展的5大驱动力,从物流智能信息化、综合物流、物流仓储、城市新零售物流和快递快运等5个方面展望了物流行业发展的细分领域趋势,物流行业并购市场发展热点将会在冷链物流、零担物流、物流设备智能化、物流业务智能平台、货运代理和跨境电商物流等领域。
This paper reviews the M&A activities in China’s logistics industry in 2021 from 10 aspects, including transaction overview, transaction trend characteristics, M&A transactions in subdivided fields, transaction magnitude distribution, transaction rounds distribution, transaction regional distribution, investor type distribution, market active participants, major transaction events in China’s logistics industry in 2020 and 2021, and listing of China’s logistics enterprises in 2021. It points out that cost reduction and efficiency increase, smart logistics comprehensive business type and ESG/low-carbon are the four development directions of the logistics industry. Policy, capital, market, digital intelligence and integration are the five driving forces for the development of China’s logistics industry. The trend of the logistics industry’s development in five areas is prospected, including logistics intelligence informatization, comprehensive logistics, logistics warehousing, urban new retail logistics and express. The hot spots of the logistics industry’s M&A market will be cold chain logistics, less than truckload logistics Intelligent logistics equipment, intelligent logistics business platform, freight forwarding, cross-border e-commerce logistics and other fields.
