信息时代对人才培养提出了新要求。高校肩负着培育新时代接班人的职责与使命,推动新时代劳动教育教学创新,促进劳动教育信息化发展是高校教育的重要任务。通过对高校劳动教育现状及存在问题的全面分析,探究信息化赋能劳动教育的创新性策略,深度推进劳动教育发展、丰富劳动教育内容、扩大劳动教育优质资源供给并创设多元化的教育评价方式,通过信息化的手段不断推进高校开展高质量的劳动教育工作,更好地深化并落实“五育并举”教育方针,提升“劳”育效果,培养紧跟社会的时代新人。

The information age has put forward new requirements for personnel training.Colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility and mission of cultivating successors in the new era.It is an important task of colleges and universities to promote the innovation of labor education teaching in the new era and promote the development of labor education informatization.Through comprehensive analysis of the status quo and problems of labor education in colleges and universities,it explores the innovative strategy of informatization,which can assign labor education,further promote education development,enrich labor education content,and expand education quality of labor resources supply and multi-purposed way of education evaluation.By means of informatization,it constantly pushes the labor education work of colleges and universities to carry out the high quality labor education,to better deepens and implements the educational policy of “five education at the same time”,improves the “labor” education effect,and cultivates the new people to closely follow the society.
