摘要
对韩国大学创业教育的发展过程和实践经验进行分析后,发现其有三个方面的特点:第一,营造创业支持环境,提高师生挑战创业的积极性;第二,开展具有综合性、连贯性的创业教育,强化学生的创业实践能力;第三,打造大学创业教育平台,发挥社区创业文化的先导作用。根据韩国大学创业教育的实践经验,结合中国大学创业教育的发展实际,在大学生创业扶持制度、创业教育实践课程、教师创业发展的制度环境、以校政企为依托的创业文化等方面提出完善措施,以期为中国大学创业教育的发展提供有价值的启示。
This study analyzes the development process and practical experience of university entrepreneurship education in South Korea,and discovers the following three characteristics:the first is to create a supportive environment for entrepreneurship,and to improve the enthusiasm of teachers and students for entrepreneurial challenges;the second is to carry out comprehensive and coherent entrepreneurship education and to strengthen student’s entrepreneurial and practical ability;the third is to build a university entrepreneurship education platform and play the leading role of community entrepreneurship culture.Based on the practical experience of entrepreneurship education in South Korean universities,combined with the actual development of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities,this study puts forward some suggestions in the aspects of college students’ entrepreneurial support system,entrepreneurial education practice courses,institutional environment for teachers’ entrepreneurial development,and entrepreneurial culture based on universities,government and enterprises,in order to provide some inspiration for the improvement and development of entrepreneurial education in Chinese colleges and universities.
