摘要 撑竿跳高属于田径运动中技术相对复杂的田赛项目之一,需要运动员通过快速稳定的助跑来获得动能,并迅速撑竿带动自身,从而完成既定腾跃高度的竞技运动。该研究以2019年全国田径锦标赛女子撑竿跳高项目决赛前三名运动员(成绩在4.40m及以上)的技术特点为研究对象,从撑竿跳高专项技术角度出发,与运动学相结合来探讨目前国内优秀女子撑竿跳高运动员的技术特点以及存在的问题与不足,旨在做出相应技术诊断,并提出合理建议,优化技术动作,进而提高运动成绩以及竞技能力,从而为日后的训练实践提供一定的技术数据,以期为加快提升我国女子撑竿跳高的技术水平,逐渐向世界优秀运动员靠拢,贡献一定力量。 Pole vault is a relatively complex field event in track and field.It is a competitive sport that requires athletes to gain kinetic energy through fast and stable run-up,and quickly support the pole to drive themselves,so as to complete a given height leap.This research takes the technical characteristics of the top three female pole vaulters(with a score of 4.40m and above)in the final of the women's pole vaulting event of the 2019 National Track and Field Championships as the research object,and discusses the technical characteristics of the current domestic outstanding female pole vaulters,as well as the existing problems and shortcomings,from the perspective of pole vaulting special technology,in combination with kinematics,in order to make corresponding technical diagnosis,put forward reasonable suggestions,and optimize technical movements,And then improve the sports performance and competitive ability,so as to provide certain technical data for the future training practice,with a view to accelerating the improvement of the technical level of China's women's pole vault,and gradually close to the world's top athletes,and contribute some strength.
