摘要
目的:针对陕西省艺术体操运动员在备战全国第十四届全运会预赛、决赛前期训练中频繁出现运动性抽搐的现象进行分析。研究人员对赛前运动员的血液生化指标、训练负荷区间、膳食结构进行了系统研究与分析,尝试找出运动员发生运动性抽搐的主要原因,为有效预防运动性抽搐问题提供科学化的手段和方法。方法:对备战“十四运”的3名艺术体操运动员进行血液生化指标测试、训练负荷监控以及膳食结构调查。结果:训练中发生抽搐的运动员存在膳食结构不合理,赛前心理过度紧张等问题。结论:训练中应及时、科学调控运动负荷,并进行合理的营养补充,尤其对神经敏感性运动员进行有效的思想交流与沟通,可有效预防运动性抽搐问题的发生。
To analyze the phenomenon that Shaanxi rhythmic gymnasts frequently have motor tics in the pre and final training of the 14th National Games.The researchers conducted a systematic study and analysis on the blood biochemical indicators,training load range and dietary structure of athletes before the competition,trying to find out the main causes of motor tics,and provide scientific means and methods for effective prevention of motor tics.Methods Three rhythmic gymnasts,who were preparing for the 14th National Games,were tested for blood biochemical indexes,monitored for training load and investigated for their dietary structure.Results The athletes who had convulsions in training had some problems,such as unreasonable dietary structure and psychological overstrain before the competition.Conclusion Timely and scientific regulation of exercise load,reasonable nutrition supplement,especially effective thought exchange and communication for neurosensitive athletes,can effectively prevent the occurrence of sports tic.
