“双减”政策下青少年体育培训业发展现状及对策研究

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Youth Sports Training Industry under the“Double Reduction”Policy

“双减”政策指出要进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担,体育培训等非学科类培训正进入前所未有的蓬勃发展阶段。该文通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对青少年体育培训业的发展现状进行分析,发现青少年体育培训机构在发展中存在培训课程不规范、缺少长期发展规划、行业无序竞争、抗风险能力较弱等问题,提出规范体育培训课程,加强培训市场监管;制定科学发展战略,打破行业发展壁垒;促进行业有序竞争,健全产业管理体系;探索合作共赢模式,提高面对风险能力等对策与建议,以期通过规范青少年体育培训市场为更多的青少年提供更为优质的培训服务。

"Double Reduction"policy points out that it is necessary to further reduce the homework burden of students in compulsory education and the burden of off-campus training,and non-disciplinary training such as physical training is entering an unprecedented vigorous development.Through literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the development status of youth sports training industry,and finds that there are some problems in the development of youth sports training institutions,such as non-standard training courses,lack of long-term development planning,disorderly competition in the industry,and weak anti risk ability.It puts forward that:Standardize sports training courses,strengthen training market supervision;Formulate scientific development strategies and break down barriers to industry development;Promote orderly competition in the industry and improve the industrial management system;Exploring win-win cooperation mode,improving the ability to face risks and other countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to providing more high-quality training services for more young people through standardizing the youth sports training market.
