摘要
目的:考察儿童青少年的动作能力、心理因素以及父母同伴等支持的强化因素对其体力活动的促进作用。方法:对389名9-19岁儿童青少年的动作能力进行测试,体力活动及相关因素进行问卷调查,采用结构方程模型分析变量间的关系。结果:儿童青少年动作能力中的操控技能直接影响体力活动,移动技能对体力活动既没有直接效应,也没有间接效应。青少年的心理因素不但直接影响儿童青少年体力活动,还在父母影响子女体力活动起中介作用。我国文化背景下,父母对儿童青少年体力活动有较大的直接和间接影响。结论:操控技能是儿童青少年体力活动的重要影响因素,研究构建的理论模型可作为儿童青少年体力活动干预研究的有效评估框架。
Objective:The study examined motor competence、psychological factors,and supportive factors such as their parents and peers as Enabling factors related to children and adolescent’s physical activity.Methods:Tested the motor competence of 389 children and adolescents aged 9-19 years,and completed the Children’s Physical Activity Correlates survey and the Children’s Physical Activity Questionnaire.Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationships among variables.Results:The object control skills in motor competence of children and adolescents have a direct effect on physical activitys.Psychosocial in Predisposing factors not only directly affect the physical activity of children and adolescents,but also play a mediating effect in physical fitness and parents affecting children's physical activity.Under the cultural background of our country,parents have a great direct and indirect influence on the physical activities of children and adolescents.Conclusion:Motor competence is important Enabling Factors of physical activity in children and adolescents.The theory model can be used as an effective evaluation framework for physical activity intervention research in children and adolescents.
