课外体育锻炼对初中生学业表现的影响——基于CEPS调查数据的实证分析 被引量:1

摘要 学习与锻练之间的矛盾一直以来是各界讨论的热点,厘清课外体育锻炼与学业表现的量效关系对于促进青少年参加课外体育锻炼具有重要的意义。利用中国人民大学中国调查与数据中心开展的中国教育追踪调查数据,对初中生平均每天参加课外体育锻炼的时间与其语文、数学、英语成绩进行了相关与差异分析。初中生平均每天参加课外体育锻炼的时间与语文成绩、数学成绩、英语成绩、语数英平均成绩之间均存在“倒U曲线”关系,平均每天参加课外体育锻炼21-60分钟是提高初中生学业表现的最佳区间,课外体育锻炼时间不足和过度都会降低初中生学业表现。 The contradiction between learning and exercise has always been the focus of discussion from all walks of life.Clarifying the dose-effect relationship between extracurricular physical exercise and academic performance is of great significance to promote teenagers to participate in extracurricular physical exercise.Using the tracking survey data of Chinese education carried out by the China Survey and data center of Renmin University of China,this paper analyzes the correlation and difference between the average time of junior middle school students participating in extracurricular physical exercise and their achievements in Chinese,mathematics and English.There is an"inverted U curve"relationship between the average time of junior middle school students participating in extracurricular physical exercise every day and the average scores of Chinese,mathematics,English and English.The best range to improve junior middle school students'academic performance is to participate in extracurricular physical exercise for an average of 21-60 minutes every day.Insufficient and excessive extracurricular physical exercise time will reduce junior middle school students'academic performance.
