“一带一路”倡议下高职国际化人才培养策略研究

Research on the Training Strategy of Internationalized Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under“the Belt and Road Initiative”

在“一带一路”倡议下,推动高职院校国际合作与交流,增强国际化办学综合实力,提升国际化人才培养质量,是目前高职院校需要关注的重点课题。然而,在高职国际化人才培养过程中,培养目标、师资水平、专业设置、课程安排、合作项目均存在着问题。通过研究分析问题成因,力求从转变教育观念,提升创新意识;加强制度建设,完善长效机制;整合教育资源,形成教育合力等三个方面提出对策,为提升高职院校国际化人才培养质量和办学水平提供借鉴。

Under“the Belt and Road Initiative”,it is a key issue for higher vocational colleges to promote international cooperation and exchange among higher vocational colleges,increase the comprehensive strength of running schools abroad and improve the quality of internationalized talents training.However,in the process of internationalized talent training in higher vocational colleges,there are obvious problems in training objectives,professional level of teachers,specialty setting,curriculum arrangement and cooperation projects.By studying and analyzing the causes of the problems,we strive to change the educational concept and strengthen the system construction,improve the long-term mechanism and enhance the awareness of innovation,integrate educational resources and form a joint force of education,put forward countermeasures in three aspects,provide reference for improving the quality of internationalized talent training and school running level of higher vocational colleges.
