高职扩招学生职业技能提升途径探究——以广州C职院为例

Research on Improving Vocational Skills of Higher Vocational Students under Enrollment Expansion——Taking Guangzhou C Vocational College as an Example

2019年以来,全国高职扩招413.31万人,退役军人、下岗失业人员、新型职业农民、农民工等“非传统生源”约占高职扩招总人数的一半以上,学生存在技能水平差异较大,难以长期集中学习,提升职业技能积极性不高等现实问题。教育部办公厅要求把实现高质量就业作为检验人才培养质量的重要标准,而学生的职业技能水平是提升就业质量所需的基本要求,如何提升高职扩招“非传统生源”学生的职业技能水平成为亟待解决的问题。从政府主管部门、学校、企业、学生自身等各方影响因素进行了分析研究,提出了提升扩招学生职业技能水平的基本途径。

Since 2019,the enrollment of higher vocational colleges has expanded by 4.1331 million people,and the“non-traditional students”such as veterans,unemployed and laid-off workers,new vocational farmers and migrant workers account for more than half of the total enrollment of higher vocational colleges.Students have practical problems such as great differences in skill levels,difficulty in long-term centralized learning and low enthusiasm to improve vocational skills.The General Office of Ministry of Education requires that the realization of high-quality employment be taken as an important standard to test the quality of talent training,and the vocational skill level of students be the basic requirement to improve the quality of employment.How to improve the vocational skills of“non-traditional students”in higher vocational colleges under enrollment expansion has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes and studies the influencing factors of government departments,schools,enterprises and students themselves,and puts forward the basic ways to improve the vocational skills of students in higher vocational colleges under enrollment expansion.
