摘要
职教师范生是我国职教师资的重要来源,职教师范生的职业道德作为精神内核,是职教师资培养的核心。目前,我国职教师范生职业道德教育还存在一些问题,如职教师范生的职业认同感有待加强,学校对职业道德教育的关注度有待提升,教师职业道德评价体系有待完善。结合《中等职业学校教师职业道德规范(试行)》,为职教师范生开展职业道德教育提出了三条途径:坚定理想信念,增强职业认同感;注重合纵连横,提高职业道德教育实效性;完善监督评价体系,强化职业道德自律意识,实现职业道德认知、情感与行为的有机统一。
Vocational normal students are an important source of vocational teachers in China.As the spiritual core,professional ethics of vocational normal students is the core of cultivation for vocational education teachers.At present,there are still some problems in the professional ethics education of vocational normal students in China.For example,professional identity of vocational normal students needs to be strengthened,more attention to professional ethics education in schools needs to be paid,and evaluation system of teachers’professional ethics needs to be perfected.According to the Code of Professional Ethics for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools(Trial),three ways are put forward to carry out professional ethics education for vocational normal students:strengthen their ideals and beliefs,and enhance their professional identity;focus on vertical and horizontal alignment,and improve the effectiveness of professional ethics education;improve the supervision and evaluation system,and strengthen the sense of professional ethics self-discipline,and realize the organic unity of professional ethics cognition,emotion and behavior.
