个性化护理模式在食管癌术后护理中的应用研究

The Application Research of Personalized Nursing Model in Postoperative Nursing of Esophageal Cancer

目的:探究个性化护理模式在食管癌术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年10月河南大学第一附属医院收治的120例食管癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。对照组术后采用常规护理措施,观察组术后采用个性化护理措施。比较两组患者护理有效率、康复效果、术后并发症、依从性评分及护理满意度评分。结果:观察组护理有效率高于对照组,胸管拔除时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,依从性评分及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.821,t=10.137、9.210、10.154、6.114,χ^(2)=5.393,t=7.759、5.063,P<0.05)。结论:在食管癌术后应用个性化护理模式可提升护理效果与康复效果,降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者依从性及对护理服务的满意程度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized nursing model in postoperative nursing of esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The routine group carried out routine post-operative nursing measures,and the personalized nursing group carried out individualized nursing measures after the operation.The nursing efficiency,rehabilitation effect,postoperative complications,compliance scores and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the chest tube removal time,the first anal exhaust time,the first defecation time were earlier than those of the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,the compliance score and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.821,t=10.137,9.210,10.154,6.114,χ^(2)=5.393,t=7.759,5.063,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of personalized nursing model after esophageal cancer surgery can improve the nursing effect and rehabilitation effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve patient compliance and satisfaction with nursing services.
