5E综合护理模式在腹膜透析患者血压控制、自护能力及社会功能中的应用价值

Application Value of 5E Comprehensive Nursing Model in Blood Pressure Control,Self-care Ability and Social Function of Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

目的:研究5E综合护理模式在腹膜透析患者血压控制、自护能力及社会功能中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年8月在河南科技大学第一附属医院进行腹膜透析的120例患者作为研究对象,按照实施序号的单双数将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组60例患者采用常规护理,观察组60例患者在5E模式的基础上行综合护理,分别对两组患者护理前后的血压变化情况、自护能力(ESCA)、生活质量评分、心血管并发症发生情况及护理满意度进行比较。结果:护理后,观察组患者收缩压和舒张压比对照组患者低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.304、5.306,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者ESCA中各维度评分比对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(t=17.716、6.491、10.851、8.405,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的生活质量各维度评分比对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.831、11.812、11.397、11.477,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的心血管各项并发症发生率比对照组患者低,差异有统计学意义(t=5.272、4.430、5.058,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的护理满意率比对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.904,P<0.05)。结论:基于5E模式,对腹膜透析患者开展综合护理,能够帮助患者控制自身的血压,同时还能在一定程度上改善患者的自护能力,进一步将患者的生活质量、社会功能提升,并发症发生率降低,提高患者对护理工作的满意。

Objective:To study the application value of 5E comprehensive nursing model in blood pressure control,self-care ability and social function of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent peritoneal dialysis in the hospital from July 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd and even numbers of the implementation serial numbers.60 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while 60 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the 5E model.The blood pressure changes,self-care ability(ESCA),quality of life scores,cardiovascular complications and nursing satisfaction rates were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.304,5.306,P<0.05).After nursing,the ESCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.716,6.491,10.851,8.405,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.831,11.812,11.397,11.477,P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of cardiovascular complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.272,4.430,5.058,P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.904,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive care for peritoneal dialysis patients based on the 5E model can help patients control their own blood pressure,and at the same time improve their self-care ability to a certain extent,further improve their quality of life and social function,and reduce the chance of complications,improve patients’satisfaction with nursing.
