六相开关磁阻电机的直接转矩控制研究

摘要 针对六相开关磁阻电机驱动电路复杂、转矩脉动大的问题,采用三相不对称桥作为主电路,使功率变换器中的开关管和二极管数量减半,并验证了该驱动电路的有效性;在此基础上提出了六相开关磁阻电机的直接转矩控制,给出了电压空间矢量的选择方法,通过合理地选择电压空间矢量来控制定子磁链的大小和旋转方向,进而抑制转矩脉动。在Matlab/Simulink平台上,比较了电流斩波控制和直接转矩控制下的转矩脉动大小。研究结果表明:在三相不对称桥功率变换器下,六相开关磁阻电机的直接转矩控制策略有良好的适用性,并且具有较好的转矩脉动抑制效果。 In view of the complicated driving circuit of the six-phase switched reluctance motor and large torque ripple,a three-phase asymmetric bridge was used as the power converter to reduce the number of switching tubes and diodes by half,and the effectiveness of the driving circuit is verified.On this basis,the direct torque control of the six-phase switched reluctance motor was proposed,and the selection method of the voltage space vector was given.The size and rotation direction of the stator flux linkage were controlled by reasonable selection of the voltage space vector,thereby suppressing torque ripple.Under the Matlab/Simulink environment,the torque ripples under current chopping control and direct torque control were compared.The research results show that with the three-phase asymmetric bridge power converter,the direct torque control strategy of the six-phase switched reluctance motor has good applicability and has a good torque ripple suppression effect.
