医护一体化快速康复理念实施于结直肠息肉切除患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of the Concept of Medical and Nursing Integration of Rapid Rehabilitation in Patients with Colorectal Polypectomy

目的:研究医护一体化快速康复理念实施于结直肠息肉切除患者中的应用效果分析。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年7月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的100例行结直肠息肉切除治疗的患者作为研究对象。根据护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者采用在常规护理基础上予以医护一体化快速康复理念进行干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,比较两组患者术后肠道蠕动功能恢复情况、术后并发症发生情况、术后生活质量及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、恢复排气、排便时间均短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.235、8.627、4.859,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为8.00%,对照组患者术后并发症发生率为20.00%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.980,P<0.05)。两组患者干预后生活质量均较干预前显著上升,但是干预后观察组患者生理功能、角色功能、心理功能、社会功能各项评分均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=7.441、6.757、9.867、8.383,P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组患者的92.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.167,P<0.05)。结论:将医护一体化快速康复理念应用于肠道息肉切除的患者中,能够有效降低术后并发症发生率,有利于患者术后康复,改善患者术后生活质量,更易被患者及家属所接受。

Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of the concept of medical and nursing integration of rapid rehabilitation in colorectal polypectomy patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent colorectal polypectomy in the hospital from March 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the concept of rapid rehabilitation of integrated medical and nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative intestinal motility recovery,postoperative complications,postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds,recovery of exhaust and defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.235,8.627,4.859,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.00%,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ^(2)=5.980,P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was significantly improved compared with that before the intervention,but the scores of physiological function,role function,psychological function and social function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.441,6.757,9.867,8.383,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 92.00%of the patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.167,P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the concept of medical and nursing integration of rapid rehabilitation to patients with intestinal polypectomy can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complications,which is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients and improves the quality of life of patients after surgery.It is more easily accepted by patients and their families.
