针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出致坐骨神经痛的疗效及对腰椎功能障碍的影响

Efficacy of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Sciatica Caused by Lumbar Disc Herniation and its Effect on Lumbar Spine Dysfunction

目的:探究针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出致坐骨神经痛的临床效果。方法:纳入2018年12月-2020年1月河南省直第三人民医院收治的150例腰椎间盘突出致坐骨神经痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组及研究组,每组各75例。对照组行西医治疗,研究组加用针灸治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛(VAS)评分、功能障碍(ODI)评分、生活质量评分及不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.000,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS及ODI评分均低于对照组,生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.060、53.216;t=20.207、20.205、24.045、19.748、28.031、26.687、25.358、21.592,P<0.05);不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0,P>0.05)。结论:采用针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出致坐骨神经痛疗效确切,有助于促进肢体功能恢复,缓解坐骨神经疼痛,利于提高患者生活质量,无明显不良反应,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 150 patients with sciatica caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to January 2020 were included as the research objects,and were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was additionally treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,pain(VAS)score,functional disability(ODI)score,quality of life score,and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.000,P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of quality of life were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=20.060,53.216,t=20.207,20.205,24.045,19.748,28.031,26.687,25.358,21.592,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0,P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of sciatica caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is effective,helps to promote the recovery of limb function,relieve sciatic nerve pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.
