脑卒中偏瘫患者采用超早期康复护理对Barthel指数的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Ultra-early Rehabilitation Nursing on Barthel Index in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者采用超早期康复护理的干预效果。方法:将广东省茂名农垦医院收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按抽签法分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采用一般护理,实验组行超早期康复护理。对比两组患者日常生活能力(Barthel)指数、运动功能(Fugl-Meyer)评分、生活质量、心理状态、护理依从率。结果:护理后,实验组患者Barthel指数评分与Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.577、3.218,P<0.05);护理后,实验组心理状态评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.037、10.582,P<0.05);护理后,实验组生活质量5个项目评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.659、12.293、9.139、10.777、11.868,P<0.05);护理后,实验组患者依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.020,P<0.05)。结论:超早期康复护理应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者可提高患者自理生活能力,提升其运动能力,改善患者生活质量及心理状态,提高患者依从性。

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of ultra-early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing,and the experimental group received ultra-early rehabilitation nursing.The daily life ability(Barthel)index,motor function(Fugl-Meyer)score,quality of life,psychological state and nursing compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the Barthel index score and Fugl-Meyer score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.577,3.218,P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological state scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.037,10.582,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of 5 items of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.659,12.293,9.139,10.777,11.868,P<0.05).After nursing,the compliance of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.020,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ultra-early rehabilitation nursing to stroke hemiplegia patients can improve the patients’self-care ability,improve their exercise ability,improve the patients’quality of life and psychological state,and improve the patients’compliance.
