胰岛素抵抗与认知功能损伤的关系

摘要 2型糖尿病(T2DM)可以导致全身多种组织器官慢性进行性病变、功能减退及衰竭,其对认知功能的损伤已成为研究的热点话题。T2DM相关认知功能损伤的发病机制极为复杂,尚不明确,可能与血糖、胰岛素抵抗、脑血管病变及神经炎症有关。近年来胰岛素抵抗在认知功能中的作用引起较多关注。胰岛素抵抗与认知功能损伤之间有着密切联系,而T2DM患者普遍存在胰岛素抵抗。文章围绕2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗与认知功能损伤的关系及作用机制展开研究,并对可能导致胰岛素抵抗的危险因素进行分析,以期为疾病防治提供科学策略。 Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)can lead to chronic progressive disease,dysfunction and failure of various tissues and organs throughout the body,and its damage to cognitive function has become a hot topic of research.The pathogenesis of T2DM-related cognitive impairment is extremely complex and unclear,and may be related to blood sugar,insulin resistance,cerebrovascular disease,and neuroinflammation.The role of insulin resistance in cognitive function has attracted much attention in recent years.There is a close relationship between insulin resistance and cognitive impairment,and insulin resistance is prevalent in T2DM patients.The article focuses on the relationship and mechanism of insulin resistance and cognitive impairment in type 2 diabetes,and analyzes the risk factors that may lead to insulin resistance,in order to provide scientific strategies for disease prevention and treatment.
